Usher had a wardrobe malfuction of the worst kind on Saturday night - he split his pants while performing at the William J. Clinton Decade of Difference Concert in L.A.! Lucky for him, nothing embarrassing was exposed. When he noticed the rip, he shrugged and said, "I work hard."
