In the late 90's out of the Midwest region a rare breed of MC's were born, The Gator Made Clik. Consisting of Sir Courts, Young Love, Mack Dawg and Playboy P.C.P. the two sets of cousins along with childhood friend Clay, formulated their company, GatorMade Records. Coming up in the Middle America, Wichita, Kansas where there wasn't a successful local hip hop scene, these young artists were determined and eager to create a market for themselves.
Teaming up with their own in-house producer Mystro (Choirboy Production) and other hot local producers, GatorMade provided a unique sound that portrayed life in the streets of the Midwest. By networking with other labels from Kansas to promote their music and events, GatorMade has played a major part in building the rap scene in Wichita, Kansas and the Midwest as a whole.
